What is account approval process

When you first create your account in MailExpress, your account status is Under Review.


Don't worry, go to Settings > Send Configuration to set up your sending domain first. If you don't have your own domain, you can contact us to use one of MailExpress's subdomains to send your campaign emails.  

Once your domain is authenticated successfully, our staff will do a final review and assign an IP for your account. It may take up to 48 hours. Learn more about Send Configuration.

After your sending domain is activated, your account will be approved at the same time. 

While waiting for approval, you may want to start a few housekeeping items below.

  • Add Your Contacts: Import and manage your email lists.
  • Design Templates: Create your email design using preset layouts or your own HTML code.
  • Create a Campaign: Create and send your first email campaign to your contacts.
  • Add Your Logo: Upload your company or brand logo.
