New Account Setup

We are so excited you are trying out MailExpress! MailExpress has so many ways to help your business and we'd like to share some tips to get you started.

First, you should go to Settings > Send Configuration to set up your sending domain.

Once your domain is authenticated, our staff will do a final review and assign an IP for your account. This process may take up to 24 hours. Learn more about Send Configuration.

Your account will be approved at the same time when your sending domain is activated. 

You may want to start adding a few housekeeping items to your account:

  • Add Your Contacts: Import and manage your email lists.
  • Design Templates: Create your email design using preset layouts or upload your HTML code.
  • Create a Campaign: Create and send your first email campaign to your contacts.
  • Add Your Logo: Upload your company or brand logo.
