Learn About the Account Approval Process

Your account status is Under Review when you first create your MailExpress account.

We are so excited you are trying out MailExpress! MailExpress has so many ways to help your business and we'd like to share some tips to get you started. 


First, you should go to Settings > Send Configuration to set up your sending domain. You can contact us to use one of MailExpress's subdomains to send your campaign emails if you don't have one. 

Once your domain is authenticated, our staff will do a final review and assign an IP for your account. This process may take up to 48 hours. Learn more about Send Configuration.

Your account will be approved at the same time when your sending domain is activated. 

While waiting for approval, you may want to start adding a few housekeeping items to your account:

  • Add Your Contacts: Import and manage your email lists.
  • Design Templates: Create your email design using preset layouts or upload your HTML code.
  • Create a Campaign: Create and send your first email campaign to your contacts.
  • Add Your Logo: Upload your company or brand logo.
